Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Been mentally depressed for over 15 years. 2002 signed ownship of house over to wife (do not remember doing this) 2009 wife sold house and kept all the money. Is there any way to rcover some of the money from house sale and how? Still married but living separately. Not seeking divorce at this time just financial support expected from sale of house. Due to disability of mental depression been unable to work for past 15 years - living on SSD. Do not have any money to pay for retainer for lawyer but unable to find pro bono legal assistance for this issue.

The only way for you to get that -short of asking- is to file suit for divorce and seek a division of marital assets.
