Modification
I have a court order thats states that my children are to call me serveral times per week collect. I have not talked to my children sense August. My order also states that my ex is to contact me with school and medical information about my children. I would also like to know how I can get my support modified for when they kids are with me during the summer months during the court proceeding the judge said he would include a modification in the order but this was not done.I pay 830.00 per month for my 2 girls.My ex has 2 other children and her current boyfriend all living in the house.

The short answer is that you need to file a Motion to obtain the relief that you are requesting. Considering the complicated situation, you really should have a lawyer put this together for you. Since it appears that you have not retained an attorney, before you take any further action, you should contact an attorney to discuss your matter in more detail.
