My mom gets child support for me because she supports me. If I move out and get married will i still recieve the support money becuase my father owes back child support

You will still be able to receive the back support, but if you get married you will be considered emancipated.

Depending upon your age your getting married could be deemed by a court to signal your emancipation ending the child support obligation. The child support arrears would still be owed and collectible from your father.
