Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Monies are being transferred w/o my knowledge

I filed for divorce in April for mental cruelty after 12 yrs.& husband has been moving funds around and says he was doing it to pay his audit. He has signed my name to a home equity that I would of never found out about if I didn't snoop. He called the cops on me for assault that was well planned out. We both filed for TRO's and was told by the judge since he got to the court first that I had to get out of the house for 10 days while my 4 kids and him went on vacation for a week. He has his own business and owns the land on it. I have always been home. I have no access to any of the bills. To top it off, after 4 days of being out of the house, his lawyer suggested that we separate but he wants me to leave the house certain days as part of an agreement so we didn't have to see the judge in 10 days. The agreement was for 30 days me leaving 2 days. That lasted for 2 weeks and now he's back at the house. He said he wants to change. My husband also suggested in the agreement to counseling which we are going to. Do I still have to leave certain days? I want him to get out completely so I can think about if I want to stop this divorce. My lawyer is not agressive like his. I feel he's making all the shots and I'm sitting by waiting.

I hear this a lot about lawyers. I just got off the phone with another law guru client who had the same complaint.
