Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Can Anyone help me?

Hi ,my mother is trying to fight for custody of her two grandsons they are both currently in foster care.They've have been there for almost a week they.The gandkids say they want to be with the grandma and dyfs won't let her take them we miss them very much and my mom is doing everything she can to try to get them back but shes stuck and does not know where to go and what to do to get them back with her.Please can someone help with a little bit of advice?Thank you

It depends on a lot of factors and you haven't sais why DYFS will not let grandmom take the kids because DYFS usually tries to place the children with a relative first. However, I agree with the other responses, and would recommend calling one of the attorneys who answered above since they are near where you live because it will be a long drawn court case to get the children back.
