It is called fraud. The Court must be advised of the fraud so that what has been done can be undone. Of course, the services of an attorney are required

Call me if you like.

Forging her name on documents? Divorcing her without letting her have a chance to appear in court? The chances are very very good that he commited fraud. That is outrageous, wrong and is a crime.

Your mother has been prevented from having the Court award her the portion of the assets she owned, the alimony she was entitled to, the child support she deserved (if the kids are his) and more. Like I said, you have to go fight this crook. She has been robbed.

Please call my office 201 820 3460. There will be no charge for the call, and your mother needs some expert assistance.
