Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I would like to know if the mother wants to move to a different country with the child

how does it work ? Is it allowed if the father is in the states & mother & child move to a different country because she cannot support her child here & also do you get child support & alamony or not?

If the mother wants to move out of the country and you do not agree, she will have to file a motion with the court. The rest of your question is unclear. I suggest you sit down with an attorney to discuss all of this. There is no reason not to.
