Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

what are mother responsibilities in shared parenting?

My ex-wife agreed to pay for 50% of my daughter's gymnastics last year and has done so since. She is now refusing to pay, can I have her legally obligated to do so since she set the standard? We have shared custody, I have sun-wed, she has thur-sat.

Yeah, this should have already been settled in court. If this isn't done, I'm sure there are other issues that will pop up at the years go on. I suggest getting a lawyer to work out everything so you don't have to keep running back to court every few years. My initial consultations are always free, so feel free to call me at 732/247/3340.

If you have an agreement in writing or in a court order it is a simple matter to enforce the agreement/order

by filing a motion with the Court.

If there is no agreement/order you can compel her to pay her share of

child care expenses in the same proportion as her percentage of your joint income by filing a motion with

the Court.
