Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I am the mother of 12 year old twins, and in the divorce I was awarded physical custody but the custody over all is shared. My ex husband was ordered in the divorce to maintain health insurance for the girls, pay 125 a month in child support, and pay half of the child care costs. To this date he has not done any of these things claiming that he is on diability and that the dependant checks that I recieve for the girls should cover all of that? Is he right?

I would expect that, if your husband is receiving social security disability benefits, his children
are also entitled to coverage by federally provide medical insurance. I notice that you say that he claims to be on disability, but apparently you receive disability payments for your children.
Are the monthly checks for the benefit of the children less than his monthly court ordered child
support payments and half of your daycare expense?
