can the issue and case go to us district court

I think that your use of words is being influenced by living in New York State where there is a Supreme
Court above that is the Appellate Division. In New Jersey the Superior Court of New Jersey is where motions are made in a matrimonial matter and then an
appeal can be taken to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
