Motion to Move out of NewJersey

I would like to know if i can put a motion to move out of state now then waiting when the time has come. My husband does construction and this job wont be done until some time months and i would like to have it ready when the time is ready.. I do have 14 and 15 year old and father is 5 minutes away and does not see them at all nor participate in there lives, theres alot more to it.I am lookin to do a motion so that i am ready to move..

Under our statute, children of your children's ages have a dispositive say in whether they relocate or not. If they want to go with you, they go. The only hearing appropriate under the circumstances would be one to ensure that the children's preferences are voluntary.
