Motion to reduce child support

I received a motion to have my child support payments reduced. How do I file a cross-motion?

Thank you,

Elaine

Re: Motion to reduce child support

You could just make up an affidavit like the one accompanying the motion and state your position on each point and then file it with the Court. You should, however, seek legal advice from an attorney. If we can be of assistance, please call. 973-808-2003.

You hire an attorney. I am in Hackensack and you may call me and make an appointment by dialing 800 273 7933. Otherwise, you can call the bar association in the county you live in for a referral.
