Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

moving children out of state

I'm thinking about leaving the state of NJ to SC, financially it would be much cheaper. The children's father is behind in his child support actually hasn't paid since Dec. He does have them every weekend. The children are 5 and 3. He has recently moved out of the state and moved to PA, he did not get this approved or anything. He has failed to provide his new address & employer info to courts. Financially I'm hurting with staying in the state

You need to file a motion with the courts. I suggest you get an attorney, but it doesn't seem like you have the money. Good luck.
