Moving kids

can my wife take the kids to PR if i dont want her to? she has custody, but i have visitation on weekend.

No, she has to file a motion with the court. If you get the feeling that she will go without your consent or filing a motion, I suggest you get an attorney and file a motion. I must have about half a dozen cases like this right now. It really spiked this year for some reason.

It depends on whether this is for vacation or some other reason. She should seek your permission. I would suggest you consult with an attorney in your location.
