moving to another state with out my chilgs father consent

I am separted from my husband - I would like to move to another state -I currently live in New Jersey - If my daughters father knows where Im going to be living, am I aloud to leave the state with out his consent.

Whether you can leave with the girl will depend on several factors, including the child's age, your reasons for moving, and other factors.

You really need to speak to a divorce attorney.
