moving to another state
im going through a divorce with an addict. married 24 yrs we have 4 children. hes been in 15 rehabs in last 2 yrs. he has an addict g.f. whom he brought bk to nj from last rehab. hes not supporting us, my home went into default, utilities turned off no money in 9 wks now.we went in front of a judge this wk., judge said i cant leave at this time. i want to know what can happen if i do. were at my parents in fla. at least we have love and supportr and food. i have no one in jersey. pls advise

If you do, you can be held in contempt of court and you can lose the children. If you have any money for an attorney, I suggest you consult with one to help you.

Your house should be listed for sale immediately so salvage some part of your equity or to at least avoid owing money on the mortgage. It also sounds like you are in dire straits.
You need to go back before that same judge with an attorney to straightened him or her out.
