Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

moving in state

divorced 2 years, with joint custody,in our agreement there is a radius restiction which i can not move out of. my work commute is 1 1/2 hours each way, and is taking it's toll on me physically and financially. by moving closer to work i'd be able to spend an additional 2 hours a day at least with our 8 yr old duaghter. i am unable to find a job closer to home making the same amount. what is the likelihood i'd be able to get the radius changed, it would be an in state move?

Re: moving in state

Since I don't know the history of the case, there is no way I (or anyone else) can lay odds on an outcome of a case. Even if I knew more about a case, my guess about an income would be just a guess. Judges are human, not computers and thus, they can do anything they want. I suggest you get an attorney to review this as your chances or odds will likely be much better with one.
