re: moving out of state of nj?
Iam non-custodial parent. I have joint legal custody/visitation. Im considering moving out of state. Can I move? Can i still keep joint legal custody? How favorable will the court modify every other weekend to summer(s), holidays, and any additional time if i was visiting new jersey?

This situation faces a lot of fathers, and some noncustodial mothers; it happens quite often.
You should try to talk to your child's other parent, and see if you can agree on something reasonable. You should have a lawyer put your agreement in writing, so that it is clear and everyone knows what is agreed to.
If you can not get an agreement, then you should ask the Court to change the visitation.
