moving to another state and visitation

I would like to move from nj to pa.

My daughter father was okay with it

but then he lost his job and don't want to pay child suuport. But he is paying for his other child. He also drinks a lot and my daughter will not stay with him over night. But my husband job moved him and it's a cheaper living.

So does he consent to it or not? If not, you need to file a motion with the court. Email or call for more info.

You need to file a motion with the Court to move to Pennsylvania. I have handled these types of motions in the past, and if you present the correct information to the Court, you should be allowed to relocate to Pennsylvania. Additionally, child support has nothing to do with the relocation.
