Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Mr. Henning, Hi Im lisa u answered my question.My divorce went on for a little over a year, i my lawyer wiped out my ex's 401 k of 44thous which she split with his lawyer, on top of the 12thous i gave her. Im wiped out and have a 6yr old and 8yrold to take care of. would i be black balled if i submitted a form for fee arbitration? or would it help me in the long run? i still owe 15thous now!!who was the realestate attourney? thanks lisa
