Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
My neice was divorced in March. Her car is registered in his name. She is responcible for the payments. If she wants to pay off the car, how can she be assured to recieve the title from him when the car is paid off?

Your niece should get a Court Order, obtained by the filing of a post-judgment Motion, to insure that her rights are protected.
