Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My nephews cousin is his legal guardian and about to adopt him, he is 4. i have been like his co-parent with her for his entire life. If she is willing, is it possible that once an adoption is finalized, is it possible to transfer that to another person, or do a legal guardian request for the child by another party other than the birth parents but still a relative to the child?

You cannot transfer an adoption, you would have to adopt. I handle all types of adoptions.
