Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Over night visitation

I have join custody of my 10 year old daughter. My ex just recently divorced again. He has elected to take in 2 single male roommates to help himself financially. First, he's never told me of this arrangement. My daughter filled me in, noting she's uncomfortable with the idea. Do I have any legal grounds to fobid overnight visits for my daughter.

You need to file a motion with the Court immediately to stop the overnight parenting time.

You will have a strong position in objecting to exposing your ten year old daughter to these two,

strange males.
