Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

NJ Family Law

My husband has a child from a previous relationship. He pays child support, he has joint custody where we have the child every other weekend and holidays and 1 month during the summer. Does he still pay child support for the month if she is living with us.

His weekly child support is supposed to include in its calculation the number of days each year the child is with him.
