Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

NJ Final Restraining Order hearing, defendent seeks return of handguns,. Can a judge, after hearing distubing testimony, impose additional sanctions? Including referring the case to criminal court? No children involved. I honestly don't want to incur wrath by seeking criminal by myself

From the little bit that you have said, I really can not tell much.

But I clearly understand that you are very very worried and fearful of this man.

Please call me, set up a time that is good for you to come see me, and come to my office.

We will talk, and I will give you my best advice. You are clearly afraid of more bad things happening.

I have been representing women (and some men!) in domestic violence situations, where they have been terrified, or beaten or threatened, and needed a good lawyer.

It is important that you be able to live your life free of fear of this person.
