this is NJ law question: I am divorced 5 years plus, get my child support and arrears garnished from two jobs I have which are 1 full time and 1 part time. Does my ex have legal rights to levy a IRA for $4800 in arrears? ........rich NJ

I would need to see what is in your property settlement agreement. She may be entitled to part of your account per the agreement.
