Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have a NJ police pension of 5174 a month. My divorce papers call for 700 a month to ex. Deductions are paying her 3475 a month an overage of 2775 monthly. It has been 78 months and taken an additional $216,480 from my account. The pension board refuses to assist me.
