how can nj over ride ne order of modification signed by a judge

my ex-husband serviced me with court papers from nj to get sole custody of our 3 children. when i already have a court order that he modificated on his own from our agreement. but in his court papers that he and his lawyer submitted to the courts in nj doesn't show those papers at all.
