does nj state require parent/child opposite sex to have separate bedrooms for ncp father visitation, is a living room couch considered adequate as seperate bedroom

New Jersey law requres that parents act in the best interest of their children. Obviously, two siblings who are only a few years old can share a bedroom, even if they are of different sexes. Older children should have separate bedrooms when there is the potential for mischief, children explore their sexuality.
