Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

non compliance of visitation

my husband has had on going problems for 5 years with his ex wife with visitation. due to the fact that he is a very easy going person, he has tried talking to his ex but,it is unfortunate they have a very poor relationship and they cannot discuss in a civil manner.his ex does whatever she feels like, she will call and cancel his weekends to suit her schedule, but the last straw is that she has not let my husband pick up his son for the past 2 visitation weekends.things are getting out of hand and my feeling is that he needs to address this through the courts once and for all, the court order stipulates him to have his son every other weekend and holidays.he & his son have a good relationship, but now my husband is at the point where he doesn't want to see him because it is such a hassle and very stressful.can she be held in contempt of court for not complying with the visitation order and how do we handle this...I would hate to see this father/son relationship end because of a bitter, angry, ex-wife who is coming between them and just can't get over it and get a life....help!!!
