Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Non custodial parent of two children, one 9 yr old boy, one 12 year old girl, has overnights every other weekend, averaging 1 night per week. Must he have seperate sleeping accomodations for them? He currenlty has a one bedroom and the kids sleep together, which I think is inappropriate. Must each have their own bedroom, or is a one additional bedroom okay (assuming each kids takes a bedroom and NCP sleeps on the couch). He is telling me it only applies to a parent of alternate residence.

The children are getting too old for this. I would suggest that you have an attorney make a written demand on him, and then take action. He is wrong, the children need safe and appropriate sleeping accomodations at his house.
