Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am the non custodial parent, I am moving to Florida

I live now in New Jersey, I am the non custodial parent, I will be moving to Florida in the middle of November 2006, I am going to start a new job in Florida, that only pays once a month. I will not receive any payment from this new job for about one month, what can I do for payment for child support and alimony?, if I am not getting pay for one month.

For one, if you will be making less money, you need to get your child support recalculated. Secondly, if your payments are being made through probation, then you need to handle that with them. I suggest you call them and explain the situation to them. They will let you get in arrears without any penalty up to a point. You should be OK for just a month, but I am just going off my past dealings with them, I would call them up and deal with it.

If you want, I can handle this for you but it really doesn't sound like something you need an attorney for. Feel free to call me at 732/247/3340 if you have any questions.
