What to do if the non custodial parent is requesting our child, in common, to lie to me about things and these lies are upsetting the child tremendously?

You can take the non custodial parent to court to curtail visitation if his misconduct does not

cease.

Call me if you like.

In order to convince a court to restrict visitation until the noncustodial parent ceases to demand that the child lie to you it would be necessary to document the psychological injury being done to the child. I would need to discuss the case with you further. You should call me at 800/273/7933 to discuss your problem.
