non-custodial parent visitation out of state

I wanted to know what is a reasonable visitation to ask if i was to move out of the state? My child will be 7yrs old in july. What kind of travel arrangements can I ask from NJ to GA?

with that kind of distance, you will need to work out something that is as generous and sensible as possible with your child's other parent. if you are the one moving, it MIGHT make sense, sorry to say, to have you pay more than just half of the transport charges. you are making the choice, after all. all of that depends on the specific facts of your situation. you need to get some advice from an experienced divorce attorney.
