Non-payment of alimony
What are the consequences to the husband if he stops alimony payments?

There are no consequences unless a motion is filed with the Court to enforce his obligation. Upon filing such a motion he can be held in contempt; jailed; have judgment entered against him and have his assets seized; have his wages levied against; have his passport and his driver's license suspended and his income tax withholding seized.

Just want to second what Mr. Moore said, file a motion. I suggest you see an attorney. Not sure you will need one, but having one could help you out a lot and this should not be an expensive matter for an attorney to handle.
