notice Of Appeal Time Limit

In a domestic violence matter in New Jersey, after a permanent order is issued in Superior Court how much time is there to file a notice of appeal and what is the time limit to actually file the appeal?

Well you have 45 days to file the appeal. The App Div then gives you a time frame for filing everything. I strongly suggest you get an attorney for this as the process could be quite complicated.
