Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I really need help right now.

I'm 13 in the state of New Jersey and have divorced parents. I'd like to know what I would need to go through to have the ability to choose which parents' house I get to go to. If thats even possible of course =(

Generally a 13 year old does not have a choice one parent must make an application with the court.
