Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

what are my options if my ex hasn't refinanced our marital home as he was supposed to according to our divorce papers? He had 90 days to do so & it has been 150 days.

You must seek to enforce the agreement. It may be that he is unable to qualify for refinancing the mortgage. In this case you may need to request that the property be sold to satisfy the current mortgage.
