Palimony
If a unmarried couple live together for 22 years
and one the other or both decide to separate because
of health or vindication, can the partner with very
little money or assets exspect to receive any compensation from the more wealthy partner or their

Re: Palimony
The answer to this question is very fact specific, which means "maybe". There is plenty of case law on the subject which makes rendereing an opinion fairly easy. You should visit a family law attorney nearby and ask for a consultation. May I suggest Jane Herchenroder,Esq.
