Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

other parent will not allow me to see my son and is interferring with our previous set visitation and custody schedule; what can i file to be able to see my son.

I actually had my client file criminal charges for the same thing. Of course, that is a drastic measure but sometimes, you have to do that.
