parental rights

i am a divorced dad of 4 paying 423 a week in support plus insurance coverage the x doesn't work at all i was diagnosed with kidney failure then i was fired from my job i was told to apply for state aid i guess i am able to work but don't know what the kidney failure is as of yet but want to know what are my options to give my rights up as a parent being i won't be able to support them any time soon

If you are disabled and unable to work your support obligation should be adjusted accordingly.
