Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

parenting time

I have parenting time every other weekend from Thursday until Mon morning. My ex wife signs my son up forevery team sport. I have asked her not to sign him up during the winter, so that I may take him skiing on my weekends with his step mother and step sisiters. She did any way. The judge has said that I must make him available for any organized sport she signs him up for. We do participate in football in the fall and baseball in the spring. How can I get the judge to realize my son is participating in a sport and limit the activities my ex signs him up for. my feeling is that she does this to limit the time he spends with our new family

Re: parenting time

I doubt this is something you will get a lawyer for. Thus, you need to really spell out your situation in your motion. Don't pull any punches. I would go so far as to ask to modify his prior order because it takes away from your visitation time. Tell him exactly how you feel!
