Parents rights when child wants emancipation

There was a case in the State of NJ- Arroyo vs Newburgh, relating to parent/child emancipationt righs. There is a new law in relation to this law that has come out. Where do I find it? Please need help asap.

First, I would need more information with regard to what you are looking for. The case you cite refers to college expenses, is that what you are looking for with regard to emancipation? If that is the case, I think I know what you are talking about.

More importantly, what do you plan to do with this information? It is very tough to get a child in college emancipated. I know this because I have about a dozen motions going right now on this very issue in a variety of situations.

The case is Newburgh v Arrigo and the recent case that deals with similar issues is Gac v. Gac (I believe). You should consult with a lawyer for specific advice on the issue you may have.
