Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

third party custody

Met my Fiance Daughter when she was 8 months old. Bio father has had every other weekend since she was 2 months old. Mother is SC. Mother nad I have a son together he will be 2 in Dec. I am Daddy to both of my children. Broke up caught another guy in the house while the kids were there 7 days after break up. She filled TRO then Dismissed if I agreed to JLC. She will not let me see my daughter. I am the only Daddy she knows during her Formative years. I want visitation/support with my daughter. My daughter has seperated the differnce of Daddy ( Me ) and Daddy ( Aaron ) I am Daddy to her. any suggestion? I have been looking up case law and i think i have a shot. Case law that is not in my favor, shows that third party could just leave. question is that I will always be there for my son. So Im not going anywhere. Asked Ex if daughter asks about me she say yes and that she misses me. Ex told me that when these things are mentioned the subject is changed or blown off. Which is just Emotionalely WRONG .Looking for some help please. We live in Burlington County.
