Paternity Fraud, NJ

Hi

I lived in NJ and just find out by DNA test that the child that I am paying child support, I am not the Bio- father. what can I do in this situation?

You are entitled to ask the Court to terminate your child support obligation as part of declaring you to

not be the father of the child.
