Paternity

what do you do if a paternity test was ordered for a child and the test came back the child was not yours and years later you find out that the child was never tested some other child what do you do? what can you do to get another test.

I would suggest getting an attorney. Sometimes, the court may hold that so much time has passed, that nothing else matters because you are recognized as the father, test or no test. Thus, I suggest you get an attorney to help you deal with that argument.
