my ex is trying to get me to pay for child care even though my mother will watch our son. is there a law stating i have to pay child care

I don't understand. You do not need childcare for the time that your mother is watching the child. It sounds like you have some issues to deal with concerning your child. Give me a call, and I will see what I can do to assist you.
