Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I pay child support but i have kids as much time if not more then mother do i still have to pay and why.

It really depends on the court orders that are in play here. I would have an attorney review all of them. If you are the custodial parent, you should be getting CS.

What you are saying is that you have the kids as much time as their mother does. The amount of child support should be a lot less than if they were with her all the time.
