payments

I want to get a divorce i have been married for three yrs and 2 children 3 and 2 and i have not worked for the past three yrs who has to pay for the lawyer and am i entitled to alimony until i can get a job and arrange for a place to live and someone to watch my children

Yours is a very brief marriage; you entitlement to alimony is based on sheer necessity given the ages of your children, but the alimony will be short lived, probably for only the during of your divorce case. Your other questions require more information.
