Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

If I have had permanent custody of my grandson for the past 4 years Can I be prohibited from

leaving the state> ? Economy forcing me to move South and MY daughter, the child's Mother

has filed a custody hearing on the 25th of this month to prevent me from leaving. She has no

job,no permanent residence, a long arrest history and uses drugs. I have been looking for free or

some pro rated assistance but have found no help.Nor has she paid child support .
